Description

Accurate OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping is essential for regulatory compliance and effective safety management. Yet many organizations continue to make avoidable mistakes that can result in citations, increased scrutiny during OSHA inspections, and inaccurate injury data.

This practical webinar reviews OSHA recordkeeping requirements, common compliance pitfalls, and real-world examples to help employers correctly determine recordability, maintain compliant OSHA logs, and improve confidence in their recordkeeping processes.

Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply within their organizations.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Understand OSHA recordkeeping requirements under 29 CFR Part 1904.
  • Correctly determine whether an injury or illness is OSHA recordable.
  • Recognize the most common recordkeeping errors cited by OSHA.
  • Properly classify cases involving restricted duty, days away from work, medical treatment, and first aid.
  • Improve internal processes to ensure accurate OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 documentation.
