Refund & Cancellation Policy
Live Virtual Event – Cancellation Policy
Attendees may cancel their registration for a live virtual webinar at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start.
Cancellation requests received within 48 hours or less of the event will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Approved cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee. We highly recommend informing us early if you are unable to attend.
Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend a live session, you may:
- Substitute another participant in your place.
- Choose another webinar scheduled for a future date.
Note:
- Substitutions are free of charge but require advance notice.
- No substitutions or cancellations are allowed if:
- The registrant does not attend the live webinar.
- Access emails are missed due to participant-side issues (e.g., spam filters, incorrect email settings).
- The webinar is an on-demand or pre-recorded session.
Refund Policy
- If ConferencePanel cancels an event due to technical issues, a full refund will be issued.
- If login details are not received, the participant must report the issue at least 24 hours prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in no refund.

Digital Product Refunds (e.g., Transcripts)
No refunds will be issued for digital files or downloadable content once delivered. All sales of such items are final.
