We will address the new Final Rule on Reproductive Health, along with the OCR Guidance on Third Party Website Tracking, and the new cases and settlements imposing fines and penalties this year. We will discuss the new Final Rule on Substance Use Disorder, and Change Healthcare breach, and the OCR guidance on how to address that breach if your patients were involved.
