David Zechman is a recently retired healthcare executive with over 37 successful years of experience starting as an on-the-job trainee respiratory therapist and progressing to President and CEO positions. David Zechman served three large integrated healthcare systems comprising teaching/tertiary hospitals, community hospitals, and rural hospitals. While his responsibilities included executive leadership, strategic planning, operations management, physician/integration, affiliation, and partnership development. In addition, David Zechman also caters to service line management like aligning goals, behaviors, and processes that drive a vision of providing kind and compassionate care.

David Zechman has just completed a leadership book titled “Driven by Compassion: 8 Values for Successful Servant Leaders”. He also serves as the CEO of a new company in the business of acquiring and managing assisted living and home health agencies, provides executive coaching, serves on numerous boards, and provides healthcare consulting.
