Reta Underwood has 34 years of professional work experience in long-term care, including facility-level roles and two decades of consulting and training services throughout the country. She is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT); Certified Nurse Manager and has successfully completed Medicare University and Nurse Manager courses.

Experience

1981 – 1996 Long-Term Care Facility Employment Reta held department management positions for long-term care facilities in four states and received corporate and trade association awards for her programs and achievements.

1996 – Current Consultants for Long Term Care, Inc. (CLTC) As CLTC co-owner and president, Reta has facilitated and directly provided an extensive array of services for hundreds of hospitals, long-term care, and senior housing clients in 48 states to date, as well as for state and national associations.
